We’re Ashgrove Dental, a modern, family-focused practice in Brisbane’s inner west. As our practice continues to grow, we’re looking for a Dental Receptionist who is reliable, hard-working, and keen to learn and progress in their career.

This is a varied and hands-on role — perfect for someone who loves to stay busy, takes initiative, and works well as part of a close-knit team.

The Role

As a key member of our front office team, you will:

Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
Handle phone and email enquiries
Process payments, HICAPS claims, and end-of-day balancing
Maintain the reception area to a high standard
Support sterilization of instruments and general cleaning
Occasionally assist chairside when needed (training provided if required)
About You

You're someone who:

Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in your work
Has excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
Brings a positive attitude and is always willing to help where needed
Enjoys learning and growing in a team environment
Is confident and kind in patient communication
Has previous experience in dental or medical reception, but we’re also open to training the right person
Has experience or is willing to be trained in sterilisation and basic chairside assistance
