Are you a design-minded WordPress wizard who loves making websites beautiful AND functional?

We're looking for a talented designer/developer who can take client websites from good to gorgeous while keeping them SEO-smart and user-friendly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Designing and developing stunning WordPress sites and pages
Creating visual assets and graphics (think hero images, icons, layouts)
Organizing content for optimal user experience and search performance
Setting up smart internal linking and site architecture
Collaborating with our small team on creative projects
Skills We'd Love to See: ~ Strong design eye — you know what looks good and why WordPress mastery + Elementor — themes, customization, and development Photoshop/Figma design skills — creating and editing graphics SEO knowledge — on-page optimization and best practices (required) Great communication — you're easy to work with remotely

Bonus Points For:

HTML5/CSS3 proficiency
JavaScript experience
PHP experience
WordPress theme development skills
Copywriting skills
The Details:

10 hours per week, fully remote
Freelance position with flexible scheduling
Small, friendly team based in Oceanside, CA
Rate: $30-40/hour depending on experience
