Must-Have4+ years of IT experience, proven experience in marketing campaign management or related roles for at least 5 yearsExcellent analytical ability to interpret data, generate insights and make data-driven decisionsProven experience and exceptional project management, team leadership skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving attitude, creative thinking and results-oriented mindsetProficiency in campaign management tools such as - Adobe Campaign, Unica, Eloqua, etc.Competent in SQLGood-to-HaveAdobe Real-Time CDP (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)Exposure to CRM dataQlikviewPythonSNResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role1Develop comprehensive marketing campaign based on customer requirements, business objectives, targeting audience analysis and marketing trends2Conduct Data analysis and research on target audience preferences and tailor campaigns accordingly3Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives and overall marketing goals4Use analytics tools/processes to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics and derive actionable insights5Build end to end campaigns and execute them across various channels including SMS, Push, Email, Direct Mail and Social Media channels6Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing campaign results, insights and recommendations for improvement7Use A/B testing and other experimentation methods to optimize campaigns, and test and learn
