Qualifications
Your 10+ years of experience working with contract manufacturers and flawless execution of all aspects of final product manufacturing in the US and LATAM have prepared you for this pivotal role
You’ve established yourself as an inspirational, hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who takes pride in the relationships you’ve built over the years
Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and 10+ years of manufacturing experience for electronic devices
Proven success in establishing strong relationships with LATAM manufacturers
Strong background in QA/QC, testing, and NPI process and procedures
Demonstrated experience in supply chain management and navigating complex international import/export logistics
Strong situational leadership skills – you know when to coach, direct, delegate and support
Exceptional personal, written and presentation skills with executive presence – authentic, respectful, and polished
Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally

Responsibilities
As a core member of our team, you'll be instrumental in driving the production of our electronic and mechanical products - elevating our processes, overseeing quality control, and fostering relationships
Establishing relationships with contract manufacturing partners and taking the lead on contracts
Optimizing our purchasing power and COGS with our CM partners to maximize company profits
Managing our product manufacturing partners, including improvement efforts, process control, and implementation of test programs
Analyzing manufacturing operations to identify best practices and opportunities to scale and optimize
Working closely with QC and engineering teams, leading ongoing quality improvement and providing feedback
Be a part of the executive team to plan and achieve growth
Traveling as necessary to manufacturing sites
