Ecommerce Admin Assistant

Manchester (On-site) | £25,000-£28,000 DOE

Role Overview

As an Ecommerce Admin Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive to ensure the smooth running of our online store. Your role will focus on product listings, category page management, website updates, and content management, helping to optimise the shopping experience and maximise online sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in ecommerce and digital retail, gaining hands-on experience at a fast-paced fashion brand.

What You’ll Do

Product Listings & Merchandising
• Manage product uploads, ensuring all descriptions, specifications, pricing, and imagery are accurate and in line with brand guidelines.
• Optimise category pages, ensuring best-selling and new-in products are featured prominently to enhance customer engagement.
• Regularly audit product pages, updating information as needed to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure product images and descriptions align with current campaigns.
• Support promotional launches, ensuring sale pricing, discount codes, and featured collections are correctly implemented.

Website & App Content Management
• Update banners, landing pages, and promotional content across the website and app to reflect key campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure website content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging, working closely with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive online presence.
• Assist in implementing UX improvements, working alongside the digital team to ensure the website provides a seamless user experience.
• Conduct regular content checks to ensure links, images, and product information remain error-free.
• Monitor competitor websites and industry trends to suggest new content ideas that enhance the Manière De Voir online experience.

This Is For You If
• You have 1+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital retail, or a related field (internships included)
• You have strong attention to detail and can efficiently manage large volumes of product data.
• You’re passionate about fashion and online retail, with a keen eye for merchandising and content presentation.
• You have experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, or similar ecommerce platforms (preferred but not essential).
• You’re highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
