We're seeking a dynamic professional to manage our upcoming ERP implementation, a project that will impact the entire organisation, shape the future of Council’s technology landscape, and enhance the services we deliver to the community.

What we will offer you:

Temporary, full-time - three (3) year contract with possibility of an extension.
Remuneration package of $160,000 to $170,000 (TRP) for the right candidate.

Please note, this role requires significant face-to-face stakeholder engagement and communication. While primarily based in our Wagga Wagga office, limited hybrid working arrangements may be considered for the right candidate where operationally feasible.

Your new role:
This position is responsible for managing Council’s upcoming Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation project. The position will have a strong focus on effective project and change management, documenting business processes and user acceptance testing.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Coordinate the planning, reporting and implementation of Council’s ERP project on behalf of the organisation.
Provide business analysis expertise to identify technology related enhancements and opportunities, with a particular focus on continuous improvement.
Liaise with business areas to ensure business requirements are understood, documented, and implemented within corporate systems.
Assist with the design, testing, operating, and improving of ICT services across the organisation.
Develop and maintain system documentation and deliver corporate system training programs for staff.
Provide professional, current, and relevant advice and information to customers.
What you will need to succeed:

Tertiary qualifications and/or post graduate qualifications relating to Information Technology, Project Management etc; and/or
Substantial work experience relevant to the role including the management of complex ICT projects that demonstrate utilisation of key skills associated with your recognised project management certifications, such as time management, planning, financial, and administrative skills; and
Demonstrated experience of process mapping, and a high-level understanding of relational database design concepts and software package integration methods will be highly regarded.
