The Office Program Coordinator / Administrative Assistant is responsible for program management in maintaining consistency in the provision of supports and services to individuals in service and in communicating with staff and team members
Expediting the general flow of matters pertaining to the office
Typing and general office/clerical duties
Assist in direct training, follow up, and coaching with staff
Keeping the supervisor informed at all times
Works closely with the Program Directors and Director and also maintains direct communication with the Nurse, Office Manager and maintenance
Coordinate a variety of services including but not limited to: program implementation, individual finances, and quality assurance
Assist with other basic administrative functions to support the office

Job Description
The Office Program Coordinator / Administrative Assistant is responsible for program management in maintaining consistency in the provision of supports and services to individuals in service and in communicating with staff and team members.
