Job Description
We are looking for an Event Manager to plan and execute on-ground street shows in major Indian cities promoting our clients' gaming and casino platform through interactive sports quiz contests. The Event Manager will be responsible for assembling local teams, managing logistics, shooting content, and building brand awareness by engaging the public and distributing branded merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent & Crew Hiring
Hire entertaining anchors/hosts to engage the public and ask sports quiz questions.
Hire professional videographers/editors to shoot and produce reels & short-form content.
Build and manage activation teams in each city (anchor + cameraman + helper).
2. On-Ground Campaign Execution
Plan & manage city-wide street activations at public hotspots (malls, metro stations, cricket grounds, etc.).
Execute fun and engaging sports quiz sessions , distribute small branded gifts to participants.
Ensure all interactions are filmed professionally for social media.
3. Content Creation & Social Media Coordination
Work with video editors to create Instagram Reels , You Tube Shorts , Tik Toks with brand logo, music, and effects.
Approve final edits and ensure daily uploads with campaign hashtags and branding.
Track performance of content (views, engagement, shares).
4. Merchandise & Logistics Management
Procure and manage branded merchandise (caps, wristbands, t-shirts, stickers, etc.).
Handle all logistics , including transport, shoot permissions (if needed), food, crew arrangements.
Maintain accurate inventory and reporting of giveaways city-wise.
5. Multi-City Rollout
Scale and deploy the campaign in multiple Indian cities with parallel teams.
Train and monitor local leads for city-specific activations.
Provide daily/weekly reports to management with KPIs like footfall, interactions, signups, and reach.
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in event management , brand activations , or street marketing .
Strong network of freelance anchors, videographers, editors.
Excellent team management and project coordination skills.
Creativity for youth-driven content and knowledge of sports culture is a big plus.
Fluent in English, Hindi (regional languages are a bonus).
