You will be an integral part of the company's operations, handling various tasks with professionalism and efficiency
The EA will report to the SVP, Head of Partnerships
Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed
Generate reports from multiple information sources, and illustrate strong organizational skills in establishing, maintaining, and updating files
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Assist with event coordination, including company-wide meetings, conferences, and social events
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
Conduct research and compile reports as required
Manage expense reports and reimbursements
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
Commit to administering programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the supported group
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and ordering office supplies

What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives, helping them stay organized and focused on a fast-paced environment. Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Location: NY/NJ is preferred but open to remote work. Must be able to work east coast time zone. Some travel to NY/NJ area will be required throughout the year.
