Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage diaries, meetings and business trips.
• Create and manage accounts payable.
• Write and translate documents.
• Manage expenses, invoices and budgets related to department activities.
• Responsible for creating expense report submissions and approvals, on behalf of the Vice-President.
• Prepare, edit and format professional documents, presentations and reports.
• Take minutes when requested.
• Liaise between VP and internal teams and with external partners.
• Participate in the organization of events, etc.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Essential Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Minimum 7 years' experience as an executive assistant.
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite (advanced intermediate).
• Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
• Recognized for dynamism, positive energy, good humor and cooperation.
• Proactive person with a strong sense of autonomy who can anticipate future workloads for his/her superior.
• Versatility, adaptability, organization, prioritization, thoroughness and efficiency.
• Ability and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sense of initiative and ability multitask.
• Clear, concise communication and a good ability to synthesize information.
• Team player and team player.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
Desirable Requirements
• Experience as an executive assistant in a large company and/or at a national and/or global level, an important asset.
• Knowledge of SAP, an asset.
