Based in Delhi, TEJOO FASHIONS operates within the Fashion and Beauty industry.

We are looking for a talented individual with a deep passion for fashion design and a focus on women's ethnic wear. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in fashion design, specifically in women's ethnic wear, and a strong portfolio showcasing their work. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO3D, and CAD software is mandatory, along with technical sketching skills. Expertise in trend forecasting, particularly in ethnic wear design, is essential to ensure that designs are contemporary and appealing.

Your role will involve collaborating with the design team to develop detailed technical sketches and CAD designs for approval and production. You will conduct extensive research on fashion trends, cultural aesthetics, and market demands to inform design decisions. Working closely with production teams, you will ensure that designs are accurately translated into finished garments. Managing the entire design process from concept to final product, you will be responsible for adhering to timelines and budgets.

Strong communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with team members and convey design concepts. Attention to detail and an innovative approach to design are essential for this role. You should be able to create commercially viable and trendy ethnic wear designs that meet customer demands. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver design collections on time is crucial for success in this position.

Your creative contributions will extend beyond design, as you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop brand strategies and marketing initiatives. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fabrics, trims, and color palettes relevant to ethnic wear is vital for staying ahead in the fashion industry.
