Join Our Team as a Finance Officer
As a Finance Officer in our leisure business, you will manage daily bank reconciliations for Australian stores and ensure the accuracy of the Omnis Client mid-office system. You will support system upgrades, handle intercompany receivables and payments, and monitor system stability.
Your role focuses on optimising processes, driving efficiency, and fostering innovation in financial operations. Success requires a passion for operational excellence and a solid understanding of end-to-end financial workflows.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
Manage the entire accounts payable and receivable process to ensure timely, accurate payments.
Work closely with the finance team to keep procedures seamless and compliant.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments, senior leadership, and trusted vendors.
Accurately code, enter, and match invoices to purchase orders.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or finance-related queries.
Assist operational teams and suppliers with financial questions.
Ensure all activities align with company policies and accounting standards.
Take on projects and help improve our financial workflows.
What we are looking for -
Experience in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
A history of working within brand or business environments
A background in navigating accounting systems, especially MS D365 and other relevant booking platforms.
