Responsibilities
You will be a part of the Miramonte Resort & Spa culinary team which masterfully crafts distinctive dishes and cultivates an authentic food experience for our guests
Your food knowledge will be put to the test as you prepare, cook, and garnish meals which are distinct by design, yet true to its place
The Food Runner is responsible for working with the expo to assure prompt delivery of the food that is ready in the “hot” and “cold” windows in the kitchen
The Food Runner is responsible for delivery to the tables and working both together with the Expo and independently to assure that every plate looks correct and to deliver hot/cold food in a timely manner to the guests in all outlets
The Food Runner together with the service staff is responsible for bringing any additional items the guests need to complete their meal

Responds courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from guests, and all staff
Proactively supports the restaurant team by keeping the expo area stocked and clean at all times
