Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, personable, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and supporting various administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk activities and provide professional, friendly service to all visitors and callers
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately
Ensure front-desk security by monitoring access and maintaining a professional reception area
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages; occasionally deliver items to the post office
Assist with processing and shipping of ******** products according to company and regulatory guidelines
Place and follow up on orders to suppliers, verify invoices, and support end-to-end purchasing processes
Check incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and damage
Organize and maintain inventory with attention to accuracy and integrity
Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with phone systems
Valid driver’s license and willingness to complete occasional local errands
Experience in inventory management, shipping, or receiving is an asset
Professional demeanor and a customer-focused, team-oriented attitude
