We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Head of Channel Development – Premier & International. This is a new and exciting senior leadership role responsible for all critical non-customer facing activity for the Premier & International Business. You will play a crucial part in driving Premier & International key priorities, bringing together groups across the organisation, and achieving business area ambitions. You will work closely with the Customer, Product, Propositions, CRM Teams and other stakeholders to drive pace and delivery aligned to key Premier & International priorities.

In this role you will:
Line manage team of up to 6 including Head of Frontline Contact and other non-customer facing roles.
Own the frontline contact approach, operating rhythm, and oversight of the Premier & International business
Interface with Customer, Product, Propositions, Wealth, Channels Strategy Implementation, Data, CRM and Risk.
Drive pace and delivery aligned to key Premier & International priorities, bringing together groups across the organisation
Reports directly to Head of Premier & International. Senior leadership role.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
The role requires strong leadership skills and strategic thinking / execution within a channels business.
Experience of managing / overseeing transformation and business change
Demonstrable experience of interpreting and analysing data to support business decisions
Knowledge of risk and operations
Relationship banking knowledge would be nice to have but not essential
