What You'll Do
Provide skilled home health Physical Therapy care: Directly help adult and geriatric homebound patients achieve better health and independence in their own homes.
Assess and plan: Evaluate patient needs and create personalized care plans.
Manage your patient visits: Set your own schedule and caseload.
Document efficiently: Use our simple EMR system for all notes.
Collaborate: Work with a supportive care team, ensuring coordinated care amongst supervising therapists, other disciplines, and within our administrative team to optimize patient outcomes.
What You Need
Valid California Professional license
CPR or BLS certification (within last 2 years)
Driver’s license and auto insurance
Physical + TB test (within the last year)
Professional liability insurance
