Our Plant & Styling Team plays a key role in shaping the atmosphere across our venues, bringing our spaces to life through curated greenery, beautiful displays, and innovative interior details.

We’re now looking for a Plant Specialist with a passion for horticulture and a sharp eye for design to help us keep our venues blooming all year round.

The Works

As a Plant Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and elevating plant displays across all Buzzworks venues, from leafy indoor focal points to seasonal outdoor schemes. You’ll also support our Interior Styling team, helping bring personality and creativity to each space.

Plant Maintenance & Care

Maintain indoor and outdoor plant displays across all venues
Watering, deadheading, weeding, pruning, pest control, and feeding
Replanting outdoor areas in spring, autumn, and as required
Replacing indoor plants when necessary
Who You Are

Passionate about plants with strong horticultural knowledge
Knowledgeable in pest control, plant care, and maintenance techniques
Design-minded with creativity and attention to detail
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
Full driving licence essential as driving will be required.
