PRIMARY DETAIL
Lakeside Hotel and Conference Centre are seeking a full time Receptionist to join their friendly and professional team.
Salary Package: $62,830 per annum plus employer's superannuation and annual leave loading
Appointment Type: Full time, continuing role
Location: Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde.
The Role
Lakeside Hotel and Conference Centre is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Office Attendant to join our growing hotel team. This will be a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in hospitality.
You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a pivotal role in creating a positive and memorable experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing front office reception to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responding to accommodation inquiries and processing reservations.
Handling accounts and delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction.
About You
You have a passion for hospitality and customer service, and you are solutions-focused and can think on your feet to solve problems. You are professional and always put guests first.
To be successful in this role and to meet the selection criteria, you will have:
Previous experience in front office, customer service, and/or sales (hospitality industry preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity/ awareness.
Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
Cash handling and transaction processing experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Opera Property Management System.
Current Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) competency card (NSW).
