Our team in Lane Cove is growing, and we're looking for HR Drivers who want to be part of something that matters.

The opportunity
If you're a qualified HR Driver looking for stability, this is the role for you. Enjoy permanent, full-time work with early starts (2 am) and early finishes — plus a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000.

What you'll be doing
As a key member of our essential services team, you’ll:

Collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials locally
Operate and maintain a clean, modern vehicle
Work safely on commercial & industrial sites around other heavy vehicles and equipment
Complete daily safety checks and paperwork
Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety and National Heavy Vehicle Regulations
Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What you’ll bring

Current HR license with a good driving record
Solid knowledge of transport safety and compliance
A positive attitude and pride in your work
Experience in waste industry is desirable but not necessary
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
