Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.

To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR Manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements.

· Responsible for end to end Recruitments at all levels for PAN India.

· Joining Formalities, Induction, Exit Formalities.

· Responsible for Staff Attendance, leave management & Payroll Processing for all company locations.

· Handle Statutory Compliance- WC,PF, ESIC, Gratuity

· Timely handling of Grievances if any and Retention.

· Maintain HR related records and updating on timely basis.

· Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

· Policy formulation as needed.

· Looking after the administration and preparation of employee ID cards, visiting cards and stationary as required

· Ensure Safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit.

Preferred candidate profile:

· Proven experience of 7 - 10 years in HR Generalist profile.

· Good Communication skills.

· Graduate from any stream & Diploma / Degree in Human Resource.

· Good Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT, Emailing).

· Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work

· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,677.67 - ₹58,7+5.31 per month
