Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to oversee and support various human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee engagement, streamlining HR operations, and contributing to a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company goals.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliances.
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluation frameworks.
Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Drive employee engagement activities, internal communication, and welfare programs.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management as needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Support organizational development initiatives and culture-building efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–6 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.), and HR policies.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Preferred:
Experience with internal communication initiatives and employee branding.
Exposure to ISO documentation and audits.
Familiarity with tools for performance tracking and HR analytics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,217.+5 - ₹40,114.73 per month
