Job Responsibilities/Duties:

Handling administrative activities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Joining formalities and induction of new employees
Employees data management and HA strategy development
Compensation management and employee engagement activities
Vendors payment follow-up
Compliance and training program delivery.
Time office and Payroll management.
Performance appraisal process and reward management.
Exit interviews and full and final formalities.
Weekly meetings with HOD data management.
Traveling to sites if required to recruit for factories and projects.
keep update Office asset list every time.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Human Resources. MBA/PGDM preferred.
5 to 6 yrs. Experience in similar field.
Presentable with Strong English Communication Skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Resume Database.
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Preferred age between 30-40 yrs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
