We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Delivery Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the management and optimization of our HR technology landscape.
This position involves close collaboration with IT and HR stakeholders to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the technical configuration, integration, and enhancement of our HRIS applications, ensuring they are aligned with business needs, scalable, and optimized for performance.
You will act as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM Cloud, contributing to a wide range of global HR technology initiatives and driving system efficiency, innovation, and user support.
Responsibilities:
• You will contribute to the management and optimization of all relevant HR applications.
• Develop and modify applications to meet business needs.
• You will take ownership of Oracle HCM technical system configuration.
• You will conduct thorough business analysis to understand the needs and objectives of the HR department and other stakeholders.
• You will gather and document detailed requirements for Oracle HCM system enhancements and new implementations, translating business requirements into functional/technical specifications and system configurations.
Collaboration with Technical Teams
You will work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in senior positions or 8 years in junior positions with experience in HRIS, particularly Oracle HCM Cloud.
• An experience in a global or multi-country company is beneficial, including understanding of global HR processes and requirements, and experience in contributing to global HRIS projects.
Technical Knowledge:
A strong technical acumen, including experience on data and integration tools such as HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, Rest API, and BIP.
The ability to understand and work with complex HR systems, troubleshoot system issues, and learn new technologies quickly.
Solid understanding of HR processes and data, including Core HR, recruiting, journeys, learning, compensation, talent management, and absence management.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is required.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities and interconnectedness.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integration methods.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud reporting (OTBI C BIP), including creating and running reports, and leveraging reporting capabilities to provide data-driven insights.
Desirable Skills:
• Exposure to Redwood pages and Visual Builder Studio configurations.
• Experience training and supporting end-users.
• Experience in contributing to cloud projects, for example: functional module implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
