We are currently on the hunt for a full time HR & Payroll Administrator to join our finance team in our Auckland CBD office.


About the role:

This is a dynamic role within the finance team with varied tasks from month to month. You will take full responsibility for processing payroll for 150 employees each week along with supporting the accounts administrator in weekly and month end tasks. The rest of your time will be spent on assisting with the operations team with hiring, onboarding, visas, developing training programs and helping to build a great culture within our teams. There is plenty to do to help keep our hospitality outlets running.

Are energetic, with an engaging personality and strong interpersonal skills
Are ruthlessly organised and have experience juggling multiple tasks
Love working in a team and building relationships
Enjoy working in an open plan team environment
Have flawless communication skills, verbally and written
Have a strong ability to learn quickly and familiarise with new online tools and practices
Have some payroll experience
Know how to use Xero
Have experience in being part of the hiring process
Basic knowledge of NZ Employment Law
Have worked with immigration NZ to assist employees with VISAs
