Responsibilities
Align HR Initiatives with Business Goals: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s overall objectives
Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures and update them as necessary to reflect changes in laws and regulations
Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and develop improvement plans
Succession Planning: Identify and develop internal candidates for future leadership positions
Change Management: Support organizational changes by providing guidance and support to employees and leaders
Ensure Compliance: Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization’s compliance
Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational goals
Employee Coaching: Provide coaching and support to employees to help them achieve their career goals
Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

We are currently hiring a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, Commercial Sales Channels

Location: Hoya North American Headquarters – Lewisville, TX

What you’ll do:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field is required, and SPHR or PHR certification is strongly preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive human resources experience including strong employee relations experience.
• Business partner experience supporting Sales and corporate office environment including working and supporting the executive team is required.
• Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, HRIS, and timekeeping systems.
• Experience with Multi-State Employment laws is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated change management skills.
