About Company:
RapiGrow passionately delivers advisory and implementation services in the area of management consulting to clients varying from SME sectors to large conglomerates. About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Organize and maintain employee records

2. Update employee leaves and internal databases regularly

3. Manage end to end recruitment and selection process

4. Work on the preparation of employee documents like appointment letters, offer letters, probation, and confirmation letters

5. Create, implement, and revise new processes, policies, and procedures within the organization

6. Liaise with external partners, like labor consultants, contractors and ensure legal compliance to be followed as per labor law

7. Work like a bridge between the management and employees to address and resolve employee issues and grievances with utmost priority

8. Look after the payroll management and leave management of the team

+. Arrange travel and accommodations and process expense forms

10. Manage the smooth exit formalities of the employees as per company policy & process

11. Arrange employee engagement activity for the team

12. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 12th Apr'22 and 17th May'22

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests
