Junior Bespoke Fashion Designer:

Are you a passionate and creative emerging designer with a keen eye for detail and a love for sophisticated menswear? We are a luxury bespoke label seeking a talented and driven Junior Bespoke Fashion Designer to join our ******** team. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in high-end fashion, working directly with clients to bring their vision to life.

Key responsibilities:

As a junior designer, you will be a vital link between our discerning clients, our creative vision, and the final product.

A. Client Consultation and Relations:
1. Conduct fittings and consultations with clients to understand their style preferences, body measurements, and needs for bespoke garments.
2. Offer expert advice on fabric selection, fit, and design details to ensure a luxurious and personalized outcome.
3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction throughout the design and production process.

B. Design and Development:
1. Assist the Head Designer in developing seasonal collections and bespoke one-off designs.
2. Work on technical flats, sketches, and detailed design specifications for new garments and modifications.
3. Contribute innovative ideas for new silhouettes, fabric applications, and design techniques.

C. Production Coordination:
1. Serve as the primary liaison between the design studio and the back-end tailoring and production team.
2. Create and manage comprehensive tech packs and work orders to ensure clear communication of design specifications, measurements, and deadlines.
3. Monitor the production timeline, tracking orders and proactively addressing any potential delays to ensure timely order execution. Skill(s) required

Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Fashion Designing Procreate

Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements

1. Should have their own laptop with working software

2. Good command of written and spoken English

3. Willing to work with clients

Required skills and qualifications:

1. A degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.

2. Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of menswear tailoring and construction principles.

3. Exceptional ability to create and edit digital designs with a good command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, necessary for working with high-end clients and coordinating with production teams.

5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced bespoke environment.
