About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Manage a variety of business, property and estate files, including:
business sales and purchases, drafting business agreements, debt recovery, trademarks
estate planning, business succession, deceased estates, estate litigation
property sales and purchases, leasing, easements, caveats
Advise on business succession for high net worth individuals and families
Deal with estate disputes, representing either the Estate or the claimant
Develop referral relationships and attend networking events
About You
The successful candidate will have:
5+ years' experience in business, property OR estate law (applicants with less experience are encouraged to apply)
Experience with project management tools, such as Kajabi and Monday (preferred, but not essential)
A thirst for knowledge and willingness to embrace technology
Knowledge of LEAP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
The ability to manage time and prioritise work effectively
