Job description
Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced professionals for Relationship Manager (RM), Team Leader (TL), and Sales Manager roles. These positions focus on managing client relationships, driving retail and investment banking product sales, leading teams, and ensuring superior service delivery across key customer segments, including HNI and NRI clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
⢠Manage and grow banking and investment relationships with branch-based and NRI/HNI clients.
⢠Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction across assigned portfolios.
⢠Deepen existing relationships and acquire new clients to increase CASA and investment balances.
⢠Offer advisory on financial planning, wealth products, and banking solutions tailored to client needs.
Sales & Business Development:
⢠Achieve business targets across liabilities, retail assets, forex, insurance, mutual funds, and card products.
⢠Drive incremental revenue through client acquisition and cross-selling opportunities.
⢠Develop and execute sales plans to increase market penetration and product usage.
⢠Promote consumer and commercial banking products to current and prospective clients.
Team Leadership (for TLs/Sales Managers):
⢠Lead, train, and mentor a sales team to achieve branch and individual targets.
⢠Monitor team performance and support with strategic direction and coaching.
⢠Manage recruitment, goal setting, and performance reviews for the sales team.
Client Engagement & Retention:
⢠Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure continuous engagement.
⢠Address service requirements promptly in coordination with internal teams.
⢠Ensure all client interactions are aligned with compliance, process, and audit standards.
