Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to join our on-site team at Sewani Construction in Ahmedabad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing complex legal documents, communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing administrative support, and managing organizational tasks with utmost precision.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in real estate/land law and demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work closely with our on-board legal team, assisting them with tasks ranging from administrative to legal responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document Preparation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and other related documents.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including attorneys, clients, and vendors.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and data entry.
• Tasks and Projects: Assist the legal team with tasks and projects as needed, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
Requirements:
• LAW and Legal Document Preparation Skills: Proficiency in preparing legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and other related documents.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills: Proven ability to provide administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and data entry.
• Experience in a Legal or Construction Environment: Previous experience working in a legal or construction environment is highly desirable.
• Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Legal Software: Proficiency in MS Office and legal software, including document preparation tools.
• Associate's Degree in Legal Studies or Related Field: Associate's degree in Legal Studies or a related field is required.
