Profile
This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant Manager/ Manager - Holiday Packages (Domestic & International) at Adotrip.com Pvt. Ltd in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing the development and management of holiday packages, both domestic and international. Responsibilities include curating travel experiences, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
1. Experience to make packages for Domestic & International destinations Europe and Asia Pacific Countries i.e Europe, Middle east, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, Maldives, Vietnam, China, Australia, etc.
2. Have a Good DMC Network in Key countries of travel.
3 Develop Domestic and International packages with tour itineraries and suggest interesting travel routes or places of interest to the client.
4 Plan, describe, arrange and sell itinerary tour packages.
5. Converse with clients to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
6. Arranging Cab, Hotel Booking as per Travel itineraries.
7 Knowledge for Cruise Packages an additional advantage.
8 Create Packages for Key Destinations for Promotions on Social Media Platforms.
+ Ensure that all Packages are updated timely on the Adotrip Website.
10 Maintaining records of the bookings made, payments & bills settlements.
11 Answering calls & emails from clients for their queries and bookings.
Desired Skills:
1. Candidate with minimum 5 years of work experience into Domestic and International Tour Packages, Client Co-ordination from Travel Industry.
2. Experience in Designing International Tour packages.
3. Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi).
4. Client management skills and Strong listening skills.
6. Ability to ask open-ended questions and uncover information.
7. Well organized, meticulous attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
8. Well aware about the current tourist guidelines of the governments of different countries.
+. Person should have good knowledge of Travel agency working, International Destination Information , Itinerary planning, Tour detailing , Costing and Operating tour In bound tours also an added advantage.
