You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and maximizing the team's performance. As a Field Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage a team of field sales representatives in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

- Set sales targets and closely monitor progress against targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues.

- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge.

- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.
