Marketing Operations Manager up to £45,000pa
Hybrid with at least 3 days per week in the office
Resourcing4Marketing are thrilled to be partnering with a dynamic and established business at the cutting edge of delivering innovation in healthcare for patients through their digital and clinical consultancy services. Seeking and experienced Sales and Marketing professional who has real commercial acumen and a selling mindset, this role is primarily about planning, execution and evaluation.
If you have B2B marketing experience and are ready to broaden your role to link more directly with sales management then this could be the role for you!
Main Duties
• Co-ordinate and manage the sales and marketing function and processes
• Deliver the annual marketing plan, working with the Head of Marketing, providing day-to-day management of the annual marketing plan, to deliver the marketing strategy
• Event and conference management
• Sponsorship delivery and management
• Day to day Line Management of the Marketing and Design Assistant
• Full ownership of the CRM and lead for all data management Essential:
• Experience of working in a small and fast-paced sales environment
• Experience with leading and producing bids and tenders
• Highly organised and efficient with a passion for planning and execution
• Worked in a B2B marketing role and understand core business social media channels such as LinkedIn
• Good communicator, including strong written skills
• Office based in Hemel Hempstead for a minimum of 3 days per week
Desirable But Not Essential
• Experience in the healthcare of pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of ABPI code
• Experience with SaaS (software as service) products
• Technical marketing skills, such as copywriting, video editing, social media management and content creation, SEO
• Experience of our key systems, including Qwillr and ClickUp
