Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist at MeriBhakti will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our marketing strategies to enhance user engagement, expand our user base, and build brand awareness in the digital sphere. This full-time position requires a dynamic, creative, and results-driven professional who is passionate about blending spirituality with technology. Working closely with the development and content teams, the Marketing Specialist will contribute to creating meaningful and enriching experiences for devotees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute. innovative marketing strategies to promote MeriBhakti's features and services.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, behaviors, and insights to better engage with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies through metrics and KPIs, adjusting tactics as needed.
- Organize and oversee promotional events, webinars, and workshops to increase brand visibility and user engagement.
- Engage with the Startup and tech community to foster partnerships and collaborations that enhance our platform's reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role, preferably in the tech or religious sectors.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fully remote environment.
- Passion for technology, spirituality, and the Hindu religion.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
- Technical skills (website management, graphic design software) are a plus.
