Qualifications
Experience in Ophthalmology: A background working in an ophthalmology clinic, with a solid understanding of the field and its specific patient needs
Proficiency in NexTech: Strong knowledge and experience using NexTech software, including scheduling, patient records, and other administrative functions
Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and medical providers in a fast-paced environment
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage phone triage, and address a variety of patient needs in a timely manner
Perfectly working headset and webcam
Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps to 15 Mbps
Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift Only applicants meeting the strict criteria above will be contacted
Responsibilities
