We are now seeking a dynamic Product Manager and Sales professional to assume the newly created role of National Patio Manager. Reporting directly to the NZ Country Manager, you will take ownership of the sales, marketing and product development strategies to grow the product range and market share of Stratco patio products in New Zealand.


Key Responsibilities

Increase sales volumes of the patio product range through the dealer network, trade and retail customers, and Stratco’s patio supply and install operations.
Understand customer needs, market dynamics and competitor behaviour to ensure sales and marketing strategies are at all times relevant and effective to achieve sales performance.
Manage dealer development including assisting with identifying, onboarding and managing dealers and prospective trade accounts.
Drive and facilitate consistent national strategy in patio sales.
Work with external providers and internal stakeholders across Marketing, R&D, IT to deliver new products to market.
Provide training to the dealer network and Stratco patio teams ensuring all have a comprehensive knowledge of the patio product range.
Accordingly, we are seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded individual with a successful track record gained in Product/Sales Management from within a manufactured/engineered product environment.
