Office & Project Support - Team Lead
Wildland Consultants

Full time, permanent (40 hours)
Location: Central Auckland
We are looking for someone who can lead and coordinate our Auckland support team, to ensure delivery of high-quality business and administration support. In addition, you will have proven experience in supporting management and staff, with an empathetic, people-first mindset that fosters individual growth and team confidence. You will have the ability to manage processes, drive efficiency and ensure expectations are met within a busy environment.
Your role will include:
Administrative, project, and client services support.
Leading and coordinating the support team, working as part of the team, and without supervision.
Assisting with the Wildlands Environmental Management System (EMS).
Formatting of reports, proposals, and other documents.
Preparation of service agreements using a template.
Support in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.
Assisting the Auckland team with work planning and coordination.
Meeting coordination and minute taking.
Proactively improving systems and processes.
Creating clear and concise training documentation.
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of Auckland staff.
Providing HR assistance to Head Office.
Arranging the servicing and maintenance of the Auckland company vehicles.
Maintaining of files and keeping records up to date.
Organising functions.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-worker, resourceful, solution orientated, process driven, have a can-do attitude, ability to work under pressure, enjoy working with diverse people and be a team player.

Excellent organisation and time management skills.
A flexible approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
Word processing skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
Effective and professional communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Ability to multi-task, transitioning easily between jobs, whilst prioritising effectively and working well under pressure.
Proficiency in MS 365, including Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Sharepoint.
Exceptional Customer Service skills.
Have a current NZ driver’s licence.
