Operations Manager Call Center
Morrison Healthcare is a leading national food and nutrition services company, exclusively dedicated to serving over 600 hospitals and healthcare systems.
The Operations Manager will assist in the successful operation of Food & Nutrition Services at Mayo Clinic, focusing on patient food services related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the patient food services call center, maintaining excellent relationships with patients, clients, and hospital departments.
• Evaluate agent performance using key metrics.
• Hire, coach, and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards and complete annual competencies for staff.
• Support continuous improvement to achieve client and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Strong leadership, management, customer service, team building, and coaching skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• An organized, reliable, and results-driven professional with skills in time management, decision making, problem solving, team building, people management, delegation, and organizing workload and workflow of staff.

Estimated Salary: $64,000 per year. Considered full-time position with various benefits as described above.
