Position Overview

Operations Management Development Program (OMDP)

As the commercial vehicle industry undertakes its most significant transformation in a century, International is on a mission to redefine transportation and is ushering in a new era of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

International's OMDP Program is a 2 year rotational program where you will engage in a series of well-structured 6 month rotations across key departments such as: engineering, manufacturing, program management, materials management, purchasing and supply chain/logistics.
These diverse assignments will provide you with an in-depth understanding of our business operations and enable you to develop a holistic perspective on the commercial vehicle industry.

Ability to travel up to 30% and rotation flexibility is an important component of our OMDP Program, as rotation assignments could include opportunities at International facilities in Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Alabama or elsewhere in the US.

Our US-based program has two start dates a year: January and June/July.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Transportation, Logistics, or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical)

• Bachelor's Degree in progress in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Transportation, Logistics, or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical)

Additional Requirements
