About The Opportunity
We currently have a great opportunity available for a People Operations Manager to join our People & Culture team.
Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture your key responsibilities will include:
Develop and deliver the People Operations roadmap including the creation of objectives aligned to goals and success measures/ KPIs which underpin the broader People & Culture departmental strategy.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and constantly seek out operational efficiencies to improve ways of working.
Lead an established, high performing people operations team.
Oversee the Employee Data Governance Frameworks throughout the employee lifecycle and provide performance reporting to the GM People & Culture and ELT along with risks/ opportunities for improvements.
In close partnership with IT, identify, assess and provide recommendations to optimise the People Technology roadmap including leverage of tools to produce people metrics which enable data-driven decision by the P&C SLT.
Manage people systems vendor performance to SLAs, ensuring their accountability through regular performance reporting.
Produce monthly and quarterly performance reporting across people operations areas.
Collaborate with a range of departments such as P&C, warehouses, service centres, brand, marketing and operations teams to ensure employee experience expectations of the people operations function are upheld.
About You
You will have previous significant experience in People Operations/HR leadership roles managing diverse teams together with the following attributes:
Demonstrated experience in improving employee experiences through continuous improvement of people operations practices (both on small and large scales).
HRIS development and/ or implementation of large HRIS systems preferred.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven experience driving team performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Advanced excel skills and proficient with other Microsoft Office products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field preferred.
