Qualifications
A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal injury attorney, with a proven track record of success
Extensive experience conducting depositions and taking cases to trial
Exceptional client relations skills, with a commitment to providing compassionate and empathetic legal representation
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable settlements for our clients
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner

Responsibilities
Representing clients who have suffered personal injuries in legal proceedings
Conducting thorough and detailed investigations to gather all necessary facts and evidence for each case
Preparing and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conducting depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies to achieve the best possible result for our clients
Taking cases to trial when necessary and presenting compelling arguments to a jury
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are kept informed and involved every step of the way
