What You’ll Do
The Product Strategy team is committed to three key areas: ensuring the competitiveness and innovation of Canadian Tire credit cards, keeping up with evolving regulatory obligations, and offering essential insurance services to protect our customers. This role provides a well-rounded experience in business strategy and new product development.
Perform competitive research to guide business strategy and new product development efforts.
Publish reports on business performance including written and financial commentary.
Use tools like Excel and Tableau to manipulate data and extract insights to develop business recommendations.
Support implementation of business strategies through the collaboration of cross-functional teams.

Actively in post-secondary education, with a focus in business/commerce
Hybrid
We have adopted a hybrid work model whereby employees use a combination of working in office and virtually in service of outcomes. This role is based out of our CTFS/CTB head office in Oakville, Ontario.
