Review and approve construction pay applications and change orders
Monitor project progress, analyze project performance data, and provide financial forecasts
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, including percentage of completion method for revenue recognition
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial audits related to construction projects
Use Sage software to manage and track project costs and financial data
Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes and systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Project Accountant to join our dynamic construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be an integral part of managing the financial aspects of our construction projects. You will be responsible for the financial tracking of projects, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and playing a pivotal role in the success of our construction projects.
