Now, we’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join us part-time, Monday to Thursday, from 9am to 1pm.

About the Role
How you’ll make an impact
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll be the friendly face who sets the tone for their entire experience. You’ll balance reception and administrative duties with support for our clinical team, helping to keep the day running smoothly and professionally.
Your day-to-day will include:
Greeting and assisting patients warmly in person and over the phone
Scheduling and confirming appointments, managing recalls, and handling payments
Performing administrative tasks such as banking and rescheduling
Assisting with sterilisation processes and supporting the clinical team as needed
Maintaining accurate, confidential patient records
Contributing to a well-organised, collaborative, and efficient practice environment
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with a warm, professional attitude and a team-first mindset. While experience is preferred, it’s not essential — we’re happy to train the right person with a willingness to learn.
You’ll bring:
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and comfort using computer systems
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
A calm, flexible approach to problem-solving
A positive, people-oriented attitude
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (an advantage, but not essential)
