Recruitment & Office Coordinator

💰 £3,520 - £5,632 (Est.) 📍 London

Job Description

In this role, you’ll be proactive in making sure all aspects of our office, recruitment and team runs smoothly. From coordinating interviews and onboarding to managing socials and snacks, you’ll be involved across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with our founders and team leads, you’ll be at the heart of making Stint an exceptional place to work, acting as the cultural and operational go-to for our London office.

This is a varied, hands-on opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people and likes to juggle various priorities. You’ll be taking on a set of responsibilities currently spread across the team - so there’s real opportunity to get stuck in and make this role your own.

We are an office-first, collaborative team and this role is based in Camden 4+ days a week

What you will be doing:

Own early-stage recruitment processes - screen CVs, conduct intro calls, and schedule interviews - you’ll be the first voice a candidate hears.
Support people ops - help manage offers, contracts, onboarding and basic IT setup (HR tooling and laptops).
Manage the day-to-day office operations - from coordinating the IT supplies and snacks to helping with the finances.
Greet board members, clients, and other guests - creating a warm, professional first impression.
Plan and run socials, events and offsites.
Champion our culture and lead internal communications - helping us make Stint a place people genuinely love to work at.

This role might suit you, if:

You’re a recent graduate looking to join a fast-paced, people-first startup.
You have 1+ years’ experience in an office coordination or recruitment support role (preferred but not essential).
You are incredibly organised and detail-obsessed - you bring calm to the chaos.
You love creating team culture - whether it's organising socials or making the office feel like home.
You enjoy variety and are happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in wherever needed.

What we can offer you:

£25,000-£30,000
Private medical insurance
A social, friendly and welcoming team based in the heart of Camden
Office gym membership
Ownership shares in a well-funded, growing start-up
Dog friendly office!
