Job Summary:The Elite Job Call Center is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with assistance, information, and support related to our products and services. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and effective communication.
• Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to stay up-to-date with new features and offerings.
• Uphold a positive and empathetic attitude while addressing customer concerns.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Adaptability to evolving processes and technology.
