The Host is responsible for greeting and seat restaurant guests while demonstrating an upbeat, energetic, & welcoming personality
Acts as a restaurant concierge, you are the first interaction with our guests

Responds courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from guests, and all staff
Will be responsible for making, changing, and confirming restaurant reservations via OpenTable & phone
Will follow up on hotel front desk requests regarding reservations, Taste of Guadalajara sign ups, special events, etc
Help servers and other restaurant staff polish and roll silverware
Maintains cleanliness and organization of Host stand
Ensures opening, ongoing and closing side work is complete and signed off by a manager on duty
Always maintains a professional demeanor and attitude
Follows through on lost and found procedures
Absolute respect for guest property should always be exercised
Maintains a professional appearance
Follows all Miramonte dress code standards
Remains alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and colleagues at all time
Performs other related duties as assigned
