We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Executive Assistant (Male)
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Location: Bandra
Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in Real Estate companies
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
Manage and maintain the Promoter's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups
Handle travel bookings – domestic and international (flights, hotels, local transport, visas, etc.)
Make dining and event reservations and manage calendar invites
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for various administrative and operational requirements
Provide support in daily operational tasks and business correspondence
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all business dealings
Liaison with vendors, government bodies, and consultants when required
*Key Requirements:*
5–10 years of experience as an EA, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment
Male candidates preferred due to job nature and travel requirements
