About the role
Working in U Plus, You will help your prospective guests find the right real estate. You'll take the time to really get to know our customers and understand what they want. Drawing on our technical and market knowledge, the sales team provides expert advice and advice on choosing an agent and provides personal support throughout the sales process.
U Plus works with the best agents to bring the best results to our guests. Finding top agents and developing true partnerships with them is a huge part of what makes the team so successful.

What your first 30 days were like
Comprehensive induction training includes a variety of real estate knowledge, sales skills.
Find as many potential customers as possible through various channels
Take the time to observe and ask lots of questions with our most experienced team members.
Weekly attendance at company-hosted Property Runs, and project training, as well as group meetings and feedback, get you off to the right start and provide you with a safe environment to practice your skills.
Introduce goals and performance metrics as your knowledge and confidence grow.
We work hard, but we have fun doing it. At the end of the day, achieving great things with a great team is what makes this journey exciting and addicting.
