Sales Executive – Data & Accessibility Services (Europe, Middle East & APAC Remote/Chennai)
Location: Remote (India) or Chennai
Work Hours: 12 p.m. to + p.m.
We are hiring a driven Sales Executive with a hunter mindset to sell high-impact Data Engineering, Data Science, and Accessibility Services, including PDF Remediation, to clients across the Europe, Middle East & APAC markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and closing complex, service-based deals. You will work closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to drive growth in fast-evolving data and accessibility domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, and close new business in the Europe, Middle East & APAC market and enterprise accounts.
Sell Data Engineering (cloud platforms, pipelines), Data Science (AI/ML, analytics), and Accessibility Services, including PDF remediation, website audits, and compliance with WCAG, ADA, and Section 508.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and propose tailored service offerings.
Collaborate with internal tech and delivery teams to create compelling solution pitches.
Own the full sales lifecycle — lead generation, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Stay up to date on Europe, Middle East & APAC compliance trends and digital accessibility laws.
Represent the company in Europe, Middle East & APAC virtual client meetings, demos, and industry events.
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in IT services sales (preferably Europe, Middle East & APAC market-focused).
Proven experience in selling digital services — especially in data, analytics, or accessibility.
Familiarity with PDF remediation, WCAG guidelines, and accessibility tools is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
Strong ability to independently generate and nurture leads.
Willingness to work in 12p.m. to + p.m. shift (covering Europe, Middle East & APAC time zones)
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA or tech background a plus).
Preferred:
Experience working with Europe, Middle East & APAC clients and navigating long sales cycles.
Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).
Prior exposure to working with CTOs, Heads of Digital, UX, or Compliance teams.
Use of tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms.
